Health costs ruin businessesNo! is not the answer to the health care crisis. Germany nationalized health care in the 1870s under Bismarck, and England nationalized after World War II. All of the major countries of the world have centralized plans that don't include over 30 percent for insurance overhead (Canada spends 5 percent) and economic incentives for the maximum number of procedures, even in people my age. Drug companies and the insurance industry are spending hundreds of millions lobbying Congress, directly, and the public on TV.
